Flat-Rate Mediation Service

Pro Se Mediation

Individuals who do not have attorneys choose to avoid lofty attorney fees by using an unbiased mediator.

These individuals aim to resolve their divorce, paternity, custody, child support, or guardianship
matters by mutual agreement.

Together, they contact a mediator. The mediator helps them to draft their agreement and submit it to the court.

If the court finds the agreement acceptable, the court adopts the agreement as an order of the court.

If all goes well, no hearing is ever needed.

We offer pro se mediation for a flat fee.

What is Mediation?

Mediation is a party-driven process. Through mediation, you and the individual with whom you have a conflict are given the control to design a plan which best addresses the complexities of your unique family.

Why Mediation?

No one knows your family better than you. No matter how well a judge listens to the evidence presented in court, he or she will never truly understand what it is like to be a part of your extended family experience. This is why the law in Indiana allows you to use mediation to design your own agreement for the court’s review.
