Administrative staff will support you and help you to:

  1. Find the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines, Child Support Guidelines, and Financial Declaration Forms used by most counties in the State of Indiana;
  2. Find the State of Indiana forms to fill out so you can start your divorce if you have not yet filed;
  3. Create an online portal so you can file your forms and receive notices, orders, and pleadings from the Court in your case;
  4. Gather and organize all of your financial documents prior to your first mediation session.

If an agreement is reached in mediation, the mediator will prepare and electronically file the following:

  1. Property Settlement Agreement
  2. Waiver of Final Hearing
  3. Decree of Dissolution of Marriage
  4. Child Support Obligation Worksheet (if needed);
  5. Custody, Child Support, and Parenting Time Agreement (if needed):
  6. Guardianship Agreement.

In most cases, the Court will then electronically sign your agreement and adopt it as an order of the Court, without anyone ever needing to appear in Court.
